Goseva - Serving and Protecting the Sacred Cow

 

Goseva is an essential part of Vedic culture and devotional life. The cow is revered as one of humanity's greatest benefactors, selflessly providing nourishment while teaching us compassion, gratitude, and simple living.

Lord Krishna is lovingly known as Govinda and Gopala, the protector and friend of the cows. Serving and protecting cows is therefore one of the most pleasing forms of devotional service to the Lord.

Our house programs also inspire families to understand the spiritual importance of cow protection and encourage everyone to participate in Goseva through practical service, including:
